What do I do if I am unsure of what colour service or hair treatment to book online?

No worries! If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to call the salon to speak with a hair professional or schedule an in-person consultation.

Can I cancel an appointment?

Absolutely. In consideration of our other clients and as well, our stylists, please give us a minimum 24 hour notice if you cannot make your appointment.

What happens if I do not confirm my appointment?

At Soho we strive to accomodate our clients to the best of our ability. In order to do so, all of our scheduled appointments are confirmed via email and phone. If we do not receive a confirmation within 12 hours of your appointment, we will open your spot up so that another Soho client can receive service.

Are stylist gratuities included on my service ticket at Soho?

Gratuity is customary for good service and always left to the discretion of our clients but we never include them on your ticket at Soho. A tip option is a presented upon checkout.

When should I arrive?

Due to Covid we have reduced the size of our waiting area and have limited seating space. Please arrive 2 (two) minutes before your appointment. We recommend that you also pre-book your next Soho appointment prior to leaving so that we can be sure to accomodate your schedule.

I’ve booked a colour service, what is included?

Tint services include a colour application and do not include a blow dry if you are not also getting hair cut. If you have booked a tint service and not a cut, please be sure to also book a blow dry.

If my regular Soho stylist is booked can I see another stylist?

Of course! We are an incredibly tight team at Soho and our very first priority is our clientele. If at any time and for any reason you would like to try a different stylist at Soho, rest assured there will never be hard feelings. That’s how we roll at Soho.

What if I do if I am dissatisfied with my hair cut or colour?

We believe that beauty is individual and we believe Soho clients should leave the salon feeling beautiful and happy with their hair cut or colour. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied, a Soho stylist will gladly adjust your cut or colour with 5 days of your original appointment.
