As Soho’s manager, Josée is at the heart of the experience behind the salon. For more than seven years, she has helped shape the warm, thoughtful, and highly personal approach that clients have come to know at Soho.

With a natural ability to connect with people, Josée understands that a great salon experience goes beyond beautiful hair. From helping clients find the right stylist and service to making sure the smallest details are taken care of, she brings an organized, intuitive, and genuinely welcoming presence to the salon.

Outside of Soho, Josée is also an educator in Pilates, yoga, and fitness. Her passion for movement and wellness is a big part of who she is, and she brings that same sense of balance, energy, and attention to detail into everything she does.

Warm, approachable, and always ready to help, Josée makes Soho feel less like a traditional salon and more like a place where clients can arrive, settle in, and know they’re being looked after.

For 14 years, Jaylene has been part of Soho, building a loyal clientele through her warm approach, thoughtful consultations, and ability to create beautiful hair that feels polished, effortless, and easy to wear.

Her work is grounded in suitability, creating a cut and colour that works with each client’s features, hair texture, lifestyle, and personal style. With extensive education in London, Paris, Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Miami, and New York, Jaylene’s approach brings together British precision cutting, French inspired cutting, texturizing and styling, and modern colour techniques.

From dimensional colour, balayage and beautifully blended blondes to classic and modern cutting, Jaylene loves creating complete looks rather than treating cut, colour, and styling separately. Nearly eight years into his career at Soho, Pierro has become known for his thoughtful approach and attention to detail. He loves looking at the complete picture, creating hair where the cut, colour, texture, and finish all work together to suit the individual.

With continued education in Paris, Beverly Hills, and Toronto, Pierro draws from both British and French approaches to hair. Precision cutting gives his work structure and balance, while French inspired cutting, texturizing, and styling bring softness, movement, and an effortless finish. His colour work follows the same philosophy, from dimensional colour and balayage to beautifully blended blondes and modern transformations.

As co-founder of Soho and nearly seven years into his career behind the chair, Greg brings a relaxed, detail focused approach to men’s hair. He believes a great haircut should feel effortless, look sharp without being overstyled, and work just as well weeks after the appointment as it does when you leave the salon.

Formally trained in London, UK, Greg brings a strong foundation in classic barbering and British precision cutting to his work at Soho. He pairs that structure with the effortless quality of French men’s hair, using softer cutting, texturizing, and styling techniques to create movement, natural texture, and a finish that never feels overly done.
