Cancellation Policy
We understand life happens and schedules change but your help with providing us at least 24 hours notice for an appointment cancellation will help us provide a seamless and efficient salon experience for our other clients and salon styling team. We do reserve the right to charge a fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s) for short notice cancellations and appointment no-shows. Thank you for your understanding.
