The whole team at Soho is thrilled to have the opportunity to support the YWCA and the incredible women and families that depend on it’s services.  Serving over 9000 people annually, The YWCA Women of Distinction Awards Gala and Silent Auction is an extraordinary event and a key YWCA fundraiser with over 1,000 people attending every year.  The gala which celebrates the finest female leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators and heroes in Edmonton is on June 9 at the Northlands Edmonton Expo Centre.

If you are attending the event, Soho encourages you bid generously on one of our 15 “Soho Gift Bags” filled with fantastic Soho hair products and a $50 gift certificate.  The proceeds of the silent auction will help fund some of the YWCA’s amazing programs such as:

Lakeside Haven – A weekend respite for women and children who have experienced family violence.
Disability Services – Providing crucial in-home services that help families stay together.
Counselling Centre – Providing family counseling and crisis intervention.
All Girls Camp – This camp encourages friendship and camaraderie among girls.
